Martin was able to give initial, advice over the phone, came out promptly to diagnose the issue and give a fair quote before returning and resolving the issue quickly and completely. Communication and work was all friendly, professional and the job was left clean and completed and Martin and his team clearly have a lot of experience. We will definitely use Instant Windows again.

Martin and his team (Fitters Tommy and Billy) replaced 22 double glazed units to the front of our house in December 2023. This is a company that really cares and I would highly recommend them. From the initial enquiry to the eventual fitting, it was an excellent experience. Martin arranged the job in a professional manner and it was done within a few weeks of the initial enquiry. The fitters put sheets down throughout the house, worked in a professional manner, were courteous and cleared up , leaving the house as they found it. Well done ! Their prices are very reasonable too. I would have no hesitation in using their services again in the future.

Received an excellent service from Martin and his team after one of our window panes shattered without warning. Within a little over 2 weeks, our replacement was fitted! We were having our bathroom completely re-done with a plan to keep our existing window, however once it started being ripped out we saw the window wasn't secured well and was rotten around it, meaning we needed a new window ASAP so we didn't hold up the bathroom progress. My husband phoned Martin who fit us in at 8am the next day for a quote. He gave us all the information we needed and placed the order the very next day.
